In checkout page, after your input of your detailed address (including city, region) in Ghana, website will display the avaliable shipment methods.
Based on current logistic service in Ghana, we can only offer package delivery in Great Accra range, outside this range the default available shipment method is Pick-up from our warehouse office in Accra. But you can contact with us via whatsapp if you have other shipment methods recommendations, like booking a meeting point with us near Greater Accra.
Sorry but at this moment, we focus on providing services in Ghana market only. If you really like and need the item, you can also contact with us to checking alternative shipment methods outside Ghana.
If items in stock, usually it will take 1-3 days to arrive your side (in Greater Accra range)
If it is a Pre-ordering item, you will need to pay the deposit (around 30~50% of goods value), then it will arrive to your end in about 50-60 days;
For urgent items, you are always welcome to pick up from warehouse office, or book a delivery time/place with us via Whatsapp.
Payment
Based on current ecommerce development in Ghana, we accept Mobile Money, Cash or Direct transfe to our compay bank account.
As online business grow, we might open other payment methods soon. the latest info can be found during your checkout process.
Orders & Returns
In order to offer good service and locate your order records, the answer is Yes! need an account to place an order.
It is very convenient to sign up an account with Bison, during your checkout step, after your input of Full billing/shipping info (Email/Phone etc), and account will be created automatically. Or you can just click the “Login with your Facebook account” button, then you will be able to use linked email address as an account to purchase goods on Bison website.
Currently this Cancel or Change order operation can only be done manually. so please contact with us by email or whatsapp ASAP if you want to do that before the shipment of item.
If ordered item already shipped out, after your received ordre, you can return to use by warehouse office drop off or ship it back to our office, we will arrange the return of your payment accordingly. Please notice that the shipment fee will be deducted.
You can alwasy track your order from the Track Order link under the bottom of our website. Input the order# and your email address, it will show the upated info of your order.
If the product that you brought had defects itself, please take photo or video as a recorde, then send the request to us by email or Whatsapp for checking if it is qualified for the refund policy. If it it proved that the product had defects, we will give you the refund (less shipment cost), or replace a new same model for you.
